Destroy All Vampires is a comic book given to Sam Emerson by the brothers Edgar Frog and Alan Frog upon his second visit to the comic store. This comic is Edgar Frog's preferred choice, and it serves not only as a "Vampire Hunting Bible", but also as a "Survival Guide". It teaches Sam Emerson about the nature of vampires: how they are created, what their weaknesses are, how clans function and how to kill them.

- The original Destroy All Vampires comic was created specifically for the film and is signed by all of the cast members. This item is still in the possession of Joe Ferrara II, the owner of the Atlantis Fantasyworld comic book store.
